Nanoimprint lithography is a very powerful patterning technique that allows to pattern a wide variety of structures with a limited effort and in short time.
Nanoimprint templates can be used later on to replicate the pattern on various polymer substrates using our thermal nanoimprint (hot embossing) machines. Please have a look here.
